Thats because it is something you don't do very often mate

Perhaps if you get into washing it yourself regularly, you could progress onto waxing it too, then it would be shiny.

Re: First Yorkshire Area Meet - Xscape

I have a Pirelli P6000 with 4mm of tread on it, standard size 205/50/17, if anyone would like me to bring it along.

I realise 1 tyre usually isn't much use but you never know, would make a good spare.

Re: First Yorkshire Area Meet - Xscape

i realise it may be abit late to mention as this meet is only happening in a matter of hours but if any one is interested in a dragon digital tunniung box for their fabia vrs or octy tdi i am selling mine, after having a remap. still have all the original packaging etc, and might even fit it for ya, although only know how to fit it to the fabia.
i will be also bringing two original vrs michalin tyres with me due to full change to eagle F1's. they still have 6mm tread no side wall damage. so only 1mm down from new. also have a further two michalins but only have 2mm tread left so am not bringing those.
