Right I have read the application form and its all quite simple really, i thought there was loads in there but there wasnt just some fliers to hand out

The next thing i need is for everybody on the list to PM me (please pm as this thread will get messy if we do it on here) with how many tickets they require and which type of ticket they will want

so for myself and family i will be purchasing

and finally as the club stand organiser i have to collect all the money in and then send it to harewood house to confirm our stand, so how would people like to do this part?

if you would like to send me your money via paypal then that is fine, otherwise you could post it, or we could meet at a mini meet or something? please state in your pm how you will be sending payment or if you would like to meet etc then i will do a list and arrange for a "final date" for payment to be in for.

If everyone would like to forward payments to myself in whichever way is suitable for them then that would be great, once i have received all payments i shall send the application form back,

I will pay harewood house via paypal but it doesnt matter how you send the money as those who pay via paypal it will come from there then the rest will just be deducted from my bank,

If we can say the end of may for final payment then that gives everyone time to sort it out, if i receive all payments before the end of may then i will send the application form back before then, this way it gives harewood house 2 months also, so enough time for us both
