Xscape Meet, Sat 27th January

Personally I think the Xscape idea needs a rethink, possibly the karting could go ahead if someone would like to stasrt a new thread and organise it. Jim ??
Failing that a new venue?
OR
Is it just the wrong time of year??

Karting is wrong time of year. (well for me anyway) Remember the 27th is just 4weeks after christmas and new year. I think if you said March for karting people will have paid Christmas off and have spare cash.
Iam up for a excape meet, if other people still want it to go ahead.

well im up for a meet, xscape, or the drive through snake and woodhead. im not fussed. but cant afford karting atm.

I can't organise a **** up in a brewery lol and don't even know where this karting place is, just wakefield somewhere.
I would be glad to help organise any meet or karting stuff, if i know where people wanna go and do.

Like people say though, it's the wrong time of year, so your not gunna get a big attendence where ever you go....so a mass karting GP could be a non-starter, as you won't get enough people to make up the total price I feel.

Xscape is a reasonable venue and has worked before...so if anyone has any better ideas they should suggest it, if enough people are interested we'll go there in February. How does that sound?

think this meet iv tried to arrange is a dieing one lol. everyone seems to have a mixed idea of what to do, personally id sooner just do xscape. meet up, chat and check out some other members cars, and save money :p
