Apologies for not putting all my questions into one thread

Anyhoo, how much G12 coolant is required for a full coolant change on a 1.9TDi PD100? I'll be undertaking a cambelt and waterpump change soon I'm sure it'll be in the Haynes manual, but I'm about 200 miles from it at the moment...

I'm doing the water pump at the same time, so I figure I may as well...seems to be fairly standard practice with folk I've spoken to
