Can anyone sell me BBS ch rims?

I want to buy brand new 18" BBS ch reps silver with or without tires.

I need them in 5x100 and 225/40/18 or 225/35/18 tires.

If anyone can sell me these please let me know!!

p.s. I have skoda octavia vrs 2002.

Shame the website is useless, click on BBS wheels and it says "There are no products matching the selection.".

In fact click on anything it says that.
