Front ARB Bushes

Recommended Posts

I decided its about time I gave my vRS some TLC. Been neglecting it for a while.

I want to replace the front anti roll bar bushes. Can anyone tell me how easy a job this is and what parts i'll need?

I'm assuming I need to first get two ARB bushes, but do i need new bolts? that special VW grease? or is copper grease ok.

 Its a doddle, well on mine it was, check what size of anti roll bar is fitted as per thickness and I bought a pair of 19mm powerflex bushes, jack the car up and put it axle stands, and there are 2 fixings per bracket, from what I remember one screw is hard to get at because the drive shaft is in the way,so I put the trolly jack under the outer wishbone balljoint and raised it just enough to gain access to the bolt and changed it no probs. cheers - Stuart B)
