Cheers m8..

Iv updated my thread on ed38.. but not updated this one for ages..

I think main reason mine rubbed through was i didnt chop the spring locator off.. i just borred it out and the plastic bit sat in that.. so 1st thing im doing is chopping the locator off + putting a washer on so i can move the bag slightly.. then when iv found the best place for it not to rub ill spot weld the washer in place :)

Hopefully that shud sort it.. if not then its back to the drawing board lol :D

Really which bit rubs on the bag a picture would be nice :)

Just a question from an ignoramus

How do you drive it with no dash, and how does it go as far as MoT is concerned?

He still has a dash ;) just no dials. All his info inc speedo and tacho is displayed through the ipad mini. Im no mot guy but cant see it making a difference as it works the same if you put a digital display in like some race/track cars do.

Might be an interesting one - I presume dashpods are where they are as they are in line of sight with the road, not tucked away on the centre console

Sorry, I meant to add a 'haha' to your "he still has a dash" comment...........haha

Some minis have there dials in the centre old and new so it cant be much of a problem.
