Bolero infotainment; Stored DAB stations reset for no apparent reason

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,  I am a recent owner of a Skoda Octavia III... just a little bug bear that happened today...

After spending a load of time a few days ago locating DAB logos and storing 15 channels on screen for the DAB stored stations... this morning i left for work and the DAB stored channels had disappeared and were replaced with random selection of obscure stations... i.e. Asian Radio, some local stations, and all of the stations that I had taken some time to choose and store were lost.

It has not changed to FM / AM and is still on DAB... i found this a bit of a strange thing to happen and now will need to re-organise and associate logos again... I am hoping this is not going to be a regular occurrence...

Is this a common bug ?  Has this been seen by others ?

Many thanks

Smiley

This occurred to me once( owned the car for 8 months or so now). I dont know what I did to cause this issue but it has been stable ever since. (This is MIB1).

It happened to me once. Can't really say why it did it ir remember anything I mag have done to cause it.

Thanks guys.  It is good to know that it is an irregular occurrence...  I don't mind re-organising it all again if it is not going to be a weekly issue that keeps happening.    There did seem to be a pop-up on the screen when I turned the car on this morning.  I can't quite recall what the pop up box said, but it disappeared again after a minute or so and left the DAB stations wiped out.

I will keep my fingers crossed that it doesn't happen again !

Kind Regards
Smiley.

From my experience, you have to display the stations in a particular way to show the logos. I stumbled back into that after 'losing' my DAB logos.
