"Display Acceleration"...?

Recommended Posts

Just been out coding Refuel Quantity. In controller 17 (dashboard/instruments), I noticed a tick box in byte 10 labelled "Display Acceleration", which was unticked. Everything else was ticked and enabled. I tried ticking it, and it accepted but nothing obvious happened. Anyone know what it's for?

...and would this post be better placed in Diagnostics?

Was hoping it’d be a 0-60 timer or something. I have launch control and a lap timer I don’t use, would be great to have a 0-60 timer I also don’t use haha.

You can use the lap timer to check in gear acceleration using the lap timer although it really depends on how good your reactions are tapping the screen. More useful on the Nurburgring no doubt.

Yeah I suppose I could. I actually have 2 lap timers; one on the Maxidot and one on the Sport setting. Could have digital speedo on the Maxidot and timer on the Sport display. It won't matter though, its still a diesel haha.
