 Hello !!

Can I ask if anybody  konws  , if I'm allowed to do the major service ( I have a Karoq on Contract Hire ) with an independent authorized garage ???

I know  , they must use genuine parts .

Welcome.

Read the T&C's in your agreement about Servicing to Manufacturers Guidelines or Schedule.

You will be wanting the Service Record on the Skoda system so best use an Independent with Licensed Equipment that gets Software Updates / TPI's etc and can access the Skoda System.
