Why some evaporators cheap and some expensive

There's evaporator for 50 GBP and theres evaporator for 800 GBP... why is there such a wide range of pricing for the evaporators? I get in my country Taiwan made for 30 GBP I am not sure whats difference? Please enlighten. And I live in the Middle East with weather right now 50 C and Humidity 90%.
