Skodateile experiences?

Featured Replies

My first post here, but I've been doing a lot of reading in this excellent forum. I have two questions that I cant seem to find the answer to:

1. I want to fit the OEM parking sensors that you can find at Skodateile.cz . So I sent the guy a mail and he wants me to transfer money to a bank account but this feels a bit "shaky" to me. There seems to be a lot of you out there who have bought stuff from there, so what are your experiences?

2. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the OEM parking sensor (Octavia vRS 2006) that shows what color cables go where?

I bought a Maxidot dashpod and a dual aerial adaptor for my Columbus from Skodateile last year and paid by bank transfer.

A good experience. Ales responded promptly to my emails and contacted me to confirm despatch of my order. Items were carefully packaged and as described on the website.

But when comparing prices, you'll need to factor in the cost of the international bank transfer. AFAIR my bank charged around £15 for this.

It's not too unusual, remember that when buying sth. off Ebay you also pay in advance. In our german forum people are very satisfied with Skodateile.cz - only thing to mention are the high shipping costs, but then again it's sent from the Czech Republic, isn't it?

I'm very happy with purchases from Skodateile too.

Shame he doesn't use Paypal, which means a bank transfer, but seems to go through quick enough.

Communication is good - replies to queries are dealt with fairly promptly.

Buy with confidence

Thanks very much guys!

I have now ordered the OEM rear parking sensors from Skodateile, so I'm hoping someone can give me some suggestions about how to fit it by the time I get it...

Sorry to drag up an old thread, but I take it peoples experience of using skodateile are still generally positive?

Highly recommended .!

Got my maxidot and MFSW from them.!

I have ordered a MFSW with DSG-paddles from them a couple of days ago, have done a transfer to theirs account (that's free here in Sweden when transfering inside the EU). I have now received the tracking number so I'm waiting for delivery. So far only positive feedback! They (he) is very quick answering email and send the order :)

I've only read positive feedback of him :)
