I'd have thought the first owner had to request it and pay the DVLA a small sum...

I do with our "Fox" ones in the last three letters.

Otherwise they missed a trick when they gave it out. DVLA are usually quite good these days at holding these back and then charging.

Swap you an XBox 360, a MK1 Polo bonnet thats faded, a small lawnmower that doesn't work and a bottle of Jim Beam?

Ah ****, didn't think of that

Oh dear such a shame..... thinking i can offer 10-15% off at the moment.

Also thinking it should have been the plate fitted on the 227mph vRS...

FA57 VRS defined

CT17 or Boss fox as he is now known would certainly qualify

for that plate as he has an 09 reg Fabia. Food for thought... :wonder:

Haha, just seen this.

But it'd make the car look older. And being an 09 mkI it's a bit unique.

Plus it would knacker the sleeper effect with a "fast vrs" plate.

Nice plate though if you've got a car about that age.

Fair point on all counts there Boss Fox.

Must admit though, the plate itself never got me any hassle from the fuzz.

Stopped once by a Skoda rep who wanted pics of the car, and once by a Briskoda member.

Sounds good. B)

But then it spells two words with the space in the correct place. A lot of personalised plates don't.

You don't have to fudge this one up to get the desired effect, so the police should be no problem at all.

Like my BO55 FOX plate.
