I have just ordered a Greenline Elegance Yeti but my original choice of colour has been discontinued. I have now changed it to Bronze Metallic but can't get hold of a photo to see what this colour will be like. Can anyone help?

I'm looking forward to seeing a Bronze Yeti! I reckon it will be a great colour for the Yeti.

I think a few are waiting for this. I am tempted to go for it on my next Yeti, I lease mine and change it again next July, order in around November/December, but want to see one first of all. I think the Yeti will suit bold colours but will this be as bold as it could be?

Yep, also keen to see bronze, I know James will let us know if any comes in so we can take a peek ;-).

It would be good to know if any bronze Yetis are in or coming in to the UK at other dealers, then we could ask someone in the local area to take a sneeky photo and post up!

I saw Bronze painted on a color plate at my dealer back in May when I ordered.

Ordered Brown (but realized I was buying a new car and choose a brown color!) , changed then to Lava Blue (realized it was to dark for Yeti's design), changed to Bronze (it was great in bright sunlight, but looked brownish otherwise, finally changed to Steel Gray.

Oh, also my doughter didn't like Bronze. She said that she was not going to sit in the car in that color.

My dealer must think I'm crazy changing my mind so often

Thanks for welcoming me to this site and taking the time to reply to me. This will be my first Skoda and I liked the look of the Yeti. Skoda seems to be a well respected company that is fast gaining credit from those days where they were a laughing stock. Can't wait to get my Yeti which should be in November if all goes to plan. Looking forward to seeing it in bronze and the minute a photo becomes available can someone please post it on here for me.

Maybe they should make a Harlequin Yeti as I had difficulty making my mind up which colour to choose.

Shame they dont do the different colour roof options...still if they did it would probbly add another week or two to the wait times!!

I must admit I'd love to see VRS Electric Blue in a Yeti, so easy to spot a VRS/Skoda coming your way, still the only car I know that had the colour scheme, maybe they are saving that for a VRS version!

The Lava Blue looks close to the VRS Blue but whether that is a trick of the picture or not I do not know. Maybe that is another one where we have to wait and see, although we no longer have to do that for the Bronze thanks to Johann. I agree that the VRS Blue is a great colour.

In all fairness as a car goes the Yeti has quite a few colour choices, you should look at the 3 series convertible brochure, that sports Grey, Silver, Slightly darker Grey, Dark Grey Green, Dark Grey Blue, White, Black, Brown and Red.

Having said that, I would not mind having a Yeti is mad colours like Purple or Yellow, I think it would suit it. Or that Kingfisher Blue they had with the first A4, that looks nice!

Thanks Johann. I have seen that photo before but thought that was Terracotta Orange which I had decided on then was told I couldn't get that colour as it was changed to Bronze. I wondered if there was much of a difference. Oh well will just have to wait and see it when it arrives. It will be a surprise!

Ah Bossfox, another LE owner! I have admired your car in the past, lovely old boy. Personally I'd have bought a Race blue Yeti in a shot, why on earth the CR170 Elegance version of the car is not more identifiable I do not know, just the TDi 4x4 badge on rear and chromed pipes. I think VAG wants to show up the Tiguan R-Line CR170 4Motion personally. My vote goes for LE Yeti CR170 in race blue ..... just for the sheer hell of it. No other colour like it. That coming from a LE VRS Octy Anthracite & Yeti Black Magic Pearlescent Elegance finish is praise I tells ya!

I thought Terracotta Orange = Bronze just like Platin = Steel Grey and Mato = Muscovado... I might be wrong but admire your courage to buy unseen! Though in this case if it looks anything like that picture it will look AMAZING!

There is an orange Yeti near to me, although it looks a little Salmon rather than orange but that could just be because they don't wash it. The picture posted by Johann is not that same colour, it looks a more metallic colour, so I would be pretty confident that is the bronze. They always seem to look different in the flesh rather than in a magazine however.

Having previously wanted the bronze colour, I would deffo go for this, "wild cherry" vw tiguan metallic red, much nicer than the reds available for yeti...

Might be the Malachite/Regency Green. That Yeti seems to have the Nevis Alloys.
